Week 9 Run 3 - Yipeeeeeeeeee!!! I've done it!!!! Open the champagne!!

Did my last run of the programme this morning and have really enjoyed all (well almost all) of it. Thanks to Laura for bullying - sorry 'encouraging' - me and all the messages of support from this community. Tomorrow my two running buddies and myself are going out for a celebration run together as we have all done our last run solo. It's taken us 10 weeks as we repeated a couple of runs earlier on after a holiday. Never thought after gasping our way round week one that we'd be where we are now - this plan is great in that it keeps pushing you slightly further each run than you think you can achieve but the feeling is fantastic when you discover you can do it!! We've entered a 5k race at the beginning of September so now we've got a few runs before that to work on our speed - what's that?!! - and distance - we're very close to 5k (4.67k best so far). Can't wait now to see my 'graduate' badge appear!
