Toughest run to date π I definitely think I need to take a few dayβs rest before Week 3! Itβs also much warmer than I thought so I instantly regretted wearing a compression t-shirt and jacket! Sweated absolute buckets!
As I was going further (even though Iβve done this distance before) I eased off the gas β½οΈ with the additional aim to stay sub 6 minutes per km. Mainly because I really do want to keep hitting a sub 30 minute 5K as I progress - even if itβs not a PB!

Next week all the distances of each three individual runs increase so I do think a two day rest period will be on the cards at some point .... although, I always say that π
