W3 R1 done!

Really pleased to complete this tonight, & it wasn’t as bad as I thought it’d be. My legs feel a little tired - more “in shock” I think & I really tried to keep the pace brisk on the walks in between the runs.

Feeling positive for this week now 😊👍

Well done to you on completing run 1 of week 3, week 3 is the shortest workout of C25K, isn't that week that Laura tells you not to nod your head when running, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 3 🏃🏾

Well done! I did my W3 R1 yesterday and was so pleased I managed it. I started to panic a bit towards the last bit but now I know I've done it once I'm hoping runs 2 and 3 will be better. We can do this x

Fantastic - yes as soon as I did the first 3min one I had confidence I could do the 2nd one. :)

We can definitely do this !

Well done I just did wk3r1 yesterday, felt good after the first 90 second run when I slowed down for the 3min ones. I do need to be more brisk on the walks I think I lose a little focus and start walking at a "leisurely" pace, so good work on keeping it brisk!

Great stuff. I’ve just finished my W3R1 and like you, was pleased with the way it went. However, only finished 30 mins ago, and expect the legs and muscles to stiffen up soon.
