So it’s week three, run one this evening and I’m starting to get very nervous. I really don’t see how I’m going to be able to run for three minutes, I was always so grateful when the 90 seconds was up! How on earth can I do three mins?!

Take it slow. Try not to overthink it. Best advice I was given is Breathe. Relax. Run and let your legs keep you going

That’s what I’m worried about, my legs won’t keep going

They will if you take it slowly enough same as if you are walking up a hill. The fight to keep going is mostly mental not physical. You can def do it!
