Week 9, Run 3.... I did it! It was a nice run too, hard but not too hard. Forgot my fitbit and google fit slightly misread the path so I don't know how far, but it doesn't matter! I can't believe I did it!
Thank you to everyone on this forum for commenting and supporting me and each other- I haven't posted often but I've read almost every day and your thoughts and encouragement mean the world.
Keep running.... honestly, if I can do it.... anyone can.... xx

Congratulations, it’s an amazing feeling isn’t it? Like you, I rarely posted on here, especially in the early weeks, but I always found other peoples’ posts interesting, helpful and supportive. If you run solo (as I do), then keep reading and posting as you move on to consolidate. I graduated last month and am continuing to read and post, partly because it’s nice to be part of this community and partly because I’m still needing to learn so much about how to progress from here.
Yes I think I will be doing week 9 with the app for a little while too, I'm not quite ready to take the stabilisers off! I will read up on the consolidation stuff and take it from there.
It really is an amazing feeling! I still can't quite believe it!! x
