Well done ! I used to run on a treadmill, feeling very anxious and self conscious about running outdoors, but I completed C25K running outdoors from the start and so glad I did. If you can pluck up the courage, do a run outdoors, trust me nobody pays any attention and you get such a sense of achievement when you see the distance youโ€™ve covered.....Good Luck on your journey ๐Ÿ‘

Well done Feelingdetermined ...the first run is often the hardest...it wont be long before you're out in the big wide world running without a care...and when you are running outside, I am SURE you will inspire someone to take up running and that's wonderful...use the treadmill whilst you're in the early days but the great outdoors will be waiting for you when you're good and ready ๐Ÿ˜Š
