1 Jan I came to this group .. and started my training . Graduated and did 10 km... joined the running group locals and on 30 Aug 2015 I completed my First ever Half marathon ...

It all started here ..

  • Yep. Lucky enough to have been visiting the east coast of Canada with very little access to Internet. Only managed a couple of sessions on a treadmill plus plenty of walks, but back out for a run in Ully this morning!

    Amazed and pleased to see that Dozzer has been posting- but I know I am about to be totally mystified again!

  • Well done, to both of you!! You have come a long way in a short time. I remember your initial enthusiasm and hoped you wouldn't overdo it and get injured, but you have proved that hard work and dedication can achieve anything. This programme and this forum can change lives.

    Well the next major target is to do 42 km full marathon in jan 2017

    Before that will build more base by doing multiple HM
