So went out today to repeat w9r3 as my first consolidation run. I was joined by my OH which was an interesting experience as I've never run with a partner before. First lap pace of the lake was way too quick, at a rough estimate it was a 30 minute 5k, so I slowed it down after that as I was determined to finish all 30 minutes.
It seems strange to run without it being part of the programme, but it was good to get out, need to build that habit now before those dark, wet, winter evenings arrive.
2 more 30 minuters next week and then a 5 lap Friday to build a bit of distance. It's good fun this running lark isn't it?
