Gosh it was hard though. No rush of adrenalin excitement to carry me through. If anything I think I was slower than normal and I didn't think that was possible! Every single step was an effort but I kept plodding on though for 2 pins I would have stopped. Several times!

Looking forward to that feeling! I think it was in my head as usual. Took me ages to get out today. Re -tied my shoes a couple of times. Had a twinge in my back so went off to stretch it. Almost ready to go and had a twinge in my calf so went off to stretch that too! Haven't done sny of that begore. I also really wanted to finish it today. Have repeated various runs but I didn't want to repeat this one !
