You don't need to be scared of run 3 of week 5, but I understand why you are, however, relax, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, take a deep breath just before you start running, stretch exercises as well, run it slowly, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself, good luck. 👍 🏃🏾

The above is good advice. I was apprehensive too but just take it slow. You can do it!

It feels like you're at the foot of a big mountain doesn't it? But actually, you're already half way up! You've done the training. If you can do W5R2, you can do W5R3!! This programme works and you CAN do it!!! 😀

Congratulations. I have just done this run..literally 30 minutes ago. Doesn't it feel amazing?

I have changed my thinking a little....I don't know if it will work for everyone.

I remember the very first run, I couldn't breath everything was telling me to stop but I didn't. At that point....and a few others along the way I was apprehensive about completing some of the longer runs but I did it.

I remind myself of that first run, tell myself to trust the process and now look forward to completing it because I can . I also have no clue what is coming next I haven't looked at the plan I just wait and see what the app tells me the morning of the run. It stops me thinking about it before I get to it.

Good luck with W6...over half way there 😀

Yes it does. Ideal weather, a lot cooler with a little bit of drizzle which was appreciated. I think this run is more of a mental challenge
