Wk 5 challenging and rewarding

After run 2 on Monday, my legs were feeling tired Tuesday, with run 3 due today (wed) I was imagining all sorts of ailments to put off the run this morning, my shins were a bit sore, my knees felt a bit painful. 😒😒

but suddenly instead of delaying for a few days, I decided to go for it,

I am so pleased I did. Soon after starting to run, my doubts faded along with my soreness. Whilst I won`t say it wasn't hard, I am so pleased to have completed run 3 wk 5. Even having to work a 9hr shift afterwards couldn't wipe the smile off my face 😊😊😊.

Might be a bit sore again tomorrow , but I don`t mind, it seems to wear off once you're up and about,

Hi I am at exactly the same stage, R3 tomorrow but I have found this week such a struggle after the elation of last week?? It’s taken me 14 weeks to get to this due to life getting in the way. I take heart from your comments, thanks, and will keep going
