We recommend that you repeat any session that you do not fully complete....remember, it is a training plan building you stamina, not a tick box exercise.
If you struggle with any run, just slow down.
Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
You can do this.
You completed r3? then go into w5, always try to push on through, Well done! You're doing so well!
I assume your struggling mentally, remember, when you get that it's so tough feeling then always back off the pace, you can also have an extra rest day as well.

Hi I completed C25k today. I was given a piece of advice when I started which I stuck to throughout the plan - don’t move on to the next session until I had completed or was confident doing the one I was on. That is the best piece of advice I can give.
It might take a bit longer but what’s the point in pushing yourself too much, and then end up becoming disappointed and possibly giving up?

By struggling with last 2 mins I’m assuming you completed it without stopping but struggled. Move on to week 5 if you feel comfortable to do so or repeat week 4 run 3 if you feel you could have done it better and doing so would set you up with more confidence to start week 5......Good Luck 👍
