Yesterday, I decided because I had tight calves that I would go back and do a run from week 2. I am so glad I done this as I actually enjoyed the run because it wasn’t as intense and it gave my legs the stretch they needed. Thought out this couch to 5k journey (I’m only starting week 4) I’m learning that it is ok to go back and repeat different weeks, know your own body and limits and remember it’s not a race against anyone. The only person you are challenging is yourself so I know, I never thought I would participate In running and now I’m learning to love it.🙂
Repeating run’s 🏃♀️ : Yesterday, I decided... - Couch to 5K
Repeating run’s 🏃♀️

You have got the idea! Your C25K at your own pace and listening to your body the whole time...
Tweaking if need be, taking extra rest days, building up, strength and stamina, as you move forward..
Comparison is, indeed the thief of joy... and this running is all about enjoying!
Very well done to you!
Do pop across to the S and F forum for some exercise for your tight calves.

Spot on Anna, there is absolutely nobody else you’re competing against but hopefully we’ll all benefit from supportive comments to spur us on when we most need them.

invariably on this wonderful journey trying to beat yourself, only usually results in you beating yourself up… so absolutely do it your way to acclimatise and most of all to enjoy. If it’s an endurance it’s a sure fire way of never finishing . Great observations from you

Make it your own!
Well done on a repeat that turned out to be so enjoyable. Keep us posted on your next runs...

Keep it up! 😀
