Great start! Those legs will get used to this... just try to keep them loose, donโt sit for too long at a time. Youโve taken the hardest step and completed what for me remains the hardest run Iโve ever done (and Iโve been to 13 miles) so yeah, be damn proud of yourself... carry a smug grin all the way to run 2!
Hi. Brilliant well done ๐๐๐๐. Iโm on w3r2 next. Had lots of good advice the best of which was to embrace my inner snail and go slower. Still a good physical workout and really works. Check out Japanese slow running on u tube. Sorry not techie savvy enough to paste a link but pretty sure if you google Japanese slow running youโll get there.
