That’s week 8 completed. Was able to run on a bit after the 28 minutes so hopefully moving to 30 minutes won’t seem like a huge jump. Think today was my fastest 5K less than 47 minutes ! I know I’ve got a bit to go but plenty of time. I’d settle for 40 minutes !

Are you keeping going after the end of the cool down? I just did w8r3 and with warm up cool down was 38mins

I cover 5k when I go out. I follow the programme warm up, run and cool down but keep going mostly walking until I’ve done 5k. It just happens to be the length of the route I follow but gives me a good bench mark each time I go out.
