Went out to nail this early this morning.
No issues until I had a complete brain fart, at the half way bell I turned round and headed back, then for some reason when MJ told me I had 2 minutes left ( of the 8 minute middle run) I stopped running and started to walk.
It wasn’t until about 30 seconds later that I realised what I’d done.
I then ran for another 4 minutes, then walked for 2 minutes, then did the last 5 minute run and warm down walk.
Question, as I’ve effectively run for an extra 2 minutes ( if my maths is correct), should I count it as completed, or should I repeat it?
