Got out this evening to start wk5 - it was a tough one but I kept going and I was so proud of myself run 3 times for 5mins.

I’m nervous about the 3 minute jump to 8 minutes on run2

Can anyone who has just done wk5r2 let me know how they got on and any advice 🙏

You got this! Go slow, listen to some good tranquil/calm music and just know you can do it.

I go too fast with faster music can’t seem to help it 🙃 but keep those tunes coming make a playlist of your absolute favourite ever tracks and run!!!! 😍 slowly of course 😉

I did it this morning, it honestly isn’t a problem, take it very slow, breathe and listen to some good tracks. I’ve got W5R3 on Wednesday (20 mins) and I’m anxious about that too, but we can do this! It’s a proven programme and we have some great support 💪🏼👍🏼🤞🏼

I've done w5 this last week and can honestly say it was easier than w4. You can do this. Just belive in yourself and keep pushing on.
