I go too fast with faster music can’t seem to help it 🙃 but keep those tunes coming make a playlist of your absolute favourite ever tracks and run!!!! 😍 slowly of course 😉
I did it this morning, it honestly isn’t a problem, take it very slow, breathe and listen to some good tracks. I’ve got W5R3 on Wednesday (20 mins) and I’m anxious about that too, but we can do this! It’s a proven programme and we have some great support 💪🏼👍🏼🤞🏼
