Started W6 off with a bang and really enjoyed completing today’s run! After last weeks 20 minute run, it was nice to have some breaks again (although I know they don’t last for much longer).
Out of interest, does anyone ever give their run an extra minute or so at the end? Don’t get me wrong, there’s no way I can manage it all the time but some days I just feel like I have another minute or so to give (obviously I then add some extra onto the cool-down too!). What are people’s stance on this? I’d love to hear your thoughts
