Not bad , easier than previous week 5 run 3 , which was a shock to my mind and body . I feel once you cross w5r3 your body is already transformed but I don’t want to speak soon , waiting to see how it goes further. Good luck to all the people in all stages of their runs , each run makes a difference I don’t know how!! Keep running!

Thanks I don’t want to be a quitter in front of my kids , only that shame keeps me going! Otherwise only I know how hard it is for me to get up for each run.
