First post-W9 run tonight and my plan was to keep running and see how it went. I followed the first mission of Zombies, Run! And that was mildly distracting, and before I knew it I’d run 5k.

This is brilliant as the most I’d managed during the programme was 4K.

I took my time, for sure, but tonight was about distance, not time.

Now, to try to speed up the 5k.

Congrats! I’ve never heard of that app but had a quick google and I think I’ll download it. I’m always looking for a distraction while I’m running
