I know it’s not all about the distance but more the 30 minuets continuous jogging / running. So here I am on the 2nd week consolidating my runs and thought let’s have a go at this, so with Sarah Milligan still keeping me company, do struggle without her support, I decided to run through the cool down and to my amazement I did the elusive 5K! OK it took 35 minuets but I don’t care I did it!

Congratulations Tkaye for completing the C25K program, you have graduated, yes they say that consolidating after graduating is important, excellent that you did your 5k in 35 minutes, perhaps with more runs, you will be able to run that in slightly less than 30 minutes. This morning I completed week 7
Well done. I'm on week 2 so cannot envisage running 5k in 30 minutes. Like you it's the distance and continuous running that's important, not the time taken .
Hope you did the cool down after.
