First race entered !! *excited* !!

I have entered the Hull Race for Life on 12th July. It will be my first race since graduating earlier in January. Plenty of time to improve on my 5k time. I was hoping to get out for a run tonight but the temperatures are near to freezing already so it will have to wait until tomorrow. Happy running everyone.

great stuff Girly plenty of time to work on that time will be a great experience for you and hopefully much much warmer in July I went out last night , it was COLD , i think the phrase is "invigorating" haha

Hi. I'm several weeks yet from graduating but I have just received my 'number' for my first Race for Life in May. It has given me a boost and a reminder of why I'm doing the C25K!

Good for you, Girlyswot, sounds like a great plan. I'm sure you'll be running fab times by then. It's far too cold for me - I did my running on the treadmill today! Enjoy your run tomorrow

Yes I think so, I did the Race for life (walking) !! a few years back and we got medals.
