Supposed to do this run on Sunday, then couldn’t do it this morning due to a very early shift at work so got in at 6pm literally got changed straight away and off I go my first 30 mins (in the evening too) I’m normally a morning girl. Well what a good run that was !! Plus when I got home the dinner was being cooked and on the table (I may have to do that again if only to get dinner) 😂 the only downside I would say is I kept to main roads due to it getting dark and lots more traffic than 6am. So maybe all you lovely morning runners could try an evening one and see if you like it....you may be surprised 🏃♀️

Thank you...I’m getting my polish ready for my medal🏅 I do feel the virtual crowd on here are cheering me on which spurs me to get to the finish line. I will definitely switch to evenings now and again 🏃♀️
Well done, I'm so looking forward to lighter evenings so I can try an evening run, it will be cooler then too if we're lucky enough to get a warm summer. Very much doubt I'll be lucky enough to have my evening meal cooked though 😊😊
Thank you micey2...yes it was quite a surprise that it was actually a good run (I’m keeping things crossed that it’s not a one off) and I shall make sure that the cooked dinner is definitely not 😂🍴Good luck with your running !
Well done getting out after a day at work and tea on the table when you got back is definitely a bonus! 🍽. Best of luck for the rest of Week 9! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Good luck for your run too and can hear your cheering from here....thank you....I feel we need champagne and a firework display at the end of journey 🎆🏅🏃♀️
If you can keep going this time of year, how much easier will it be when the nights are lighter and the weather warms up? Nearly there and when you get to the end of week 9 keep going and set a new target for the summer! 😁
Yes I agree it will be lovely when the evenings are lighter and warmer (no more wind and rain)...I am running 25 miles over the month of May for Miles for Mind (the MIND charity) so that should keep me motivated and a new challenge for a worthwhile cause 🏃♀️🏅
