Wk 6 done and dusted. YESHHHHH (I have a lisp πŸ˜‰) Amazingly covered 5k in less than 33 minutes... gobsmacked. I thought I was running at a snail's pace. Didn't get the feeling of elation at the end of this one though... kind of non-plussed feeling instead 😐 not sure why. Knees hurting a little and side of left thigh hurting a little too too but clearly nothing I can't run through. Bring on week 7!!

I messed up, clicked on the wrong bloomin week (no specs!!). Monday did W6R2 instead of R1 πŸ˜” Decided might be more 'harmful' to then do R1, seeing as r1 gets you ready for r2 and so on so was worried I would then find r3 difficult. So yup, only did 2 runs in week 6. Legs have been HEAVY and this might have something to do with it. Might take 2 days off and do a park run Saturday but not sure as I know the route has hills... I don't do hills 🀣🀣🀣

Looks like the aches hit the elation... but you just did that! Wow! Where was that on a scale of 0-10 on the impossibility scale a couple of months ago? I’m thinking 9.5 minimum. Kick week 7’s ass out of the way and enjoy the rest of this.
