Wk6r3 completed and I enjoyed it.

I did it I ran without stopping for a full 25 minutes and didn’t use my inhaler once 🀩

Who even am I πŸ˜‚

I am absolutely elated, I never thought I would ever be able to do that l, I was very tired and legs got so heavy from 12.5- 20 minute but when I heard Michael say you’ve ran for 20 minutes I was like you’ve got this and actually sped up.

When he said you have 60 seconds left I realised I was about to go up a small hill so I turned around to go flat and sped up a bit more. I got my phone out as soon as he said you did it (just as starting my warm down walk) and I looked at how far I had covered and it said 5k so taking the warm up walk off I reckon I did 4.5km running. I can’t believe it.

I am so proud of myself for sticking with the plan and believing in myself

I’m taking the weekend off to let my legs recover and will start wk7 on Monday

To everyone else running today whatever run you are on, believe in yourself you got this.

If I can so can you........ GO FOR IT πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ

Well done, that's fantastic! I have just done the same run albeit a lot slower. Can't quite believe I managed it! Good luck with week 7.
