I keep reusing week 9 of the app for my consolidation runs as I’ve got comfortable with Jo Whiley in my ears 😅 anyone else?! I might use the Nike Run app next time but gotta work up the courage for any sort of change..
Checked out the c25k+ podcasts the other evening after some recommendations on here but cannot deal with that music 😖
It was my 4th consolidation run this morning and it was a slow one (dehydration I think!) but I managed 5.7k in 40 mins which I am very happy with 😊
