I keep reusing week 9 of the app for my consolidation runs as I’ve got comfortable with Jo Whiley in my ears 😅 anyone else?! I might use the Nike Run app next time but gotta work up the courage for any sort of change..
Checked out the c25k+ podcasts the other evening after some recommendations on here but cannot deal with that music 😖
It was my 4th consolidation run this morning and it was a slow one (dehydration I think!) but I managed 5.7k in 40 mins which I am very happy with 😊

Yes the C25K+ Podcasts with Laura are very good, they consist of pace, speed and stamina but if you don't like that upbeat music which is meant for gym workouts and spin classes you could put the sound down but just enough to keep pace with the music.
You could change your trainer and repeat week 9, I’m like you I’ve always used Jo Whiley, but a different voice would make a change....what aboot Sarah Millican pet 😂
That was annoying then!!! Hope your next one is better. Going to try the ‘don’t wanna run’ run some time soon. The name alone gets you going!! Trying a 5k distance one this weekend to see what that’s like. I don’t want to go back to week 9 ones really as I would rather try something new- and I absolutely love the nike app!! So Laura has been ditched for Coach Bennet😂😂😂
Thanks! I had Strava going too and the lady also stopped announcing on that, so no idea what my tech was doing 😂 maybe it was Jo’s way of saying my c25k comfort blanket time is over. Was actually kind of nice to be unguided and listen to my podcast uninterrupted for once, but also a bit scary. Something new is good I think, so I must switch properly to the Nike app! 💪 Coach Bennett is the way to go! 😁
