Yay! Im so pleased ive graduated the course ha ha! I’m not quite at 5km but i can run 30 minutes without stopping (and in this heat)! Super proud of myself right now! Anyone thinking of doing it - go for it! I could barely run 60 seconds 9 weeks ago! Now im off! Ha ha!

I know its crazy! Last yr i challenged myself to do the yorkshire 3 peaks for BHF which i did! Still surprises me i managed that and now this ha ha!
