I don't know what to say....I'd like to thank my mum..
All joking aside I think this might be the first fitness program I've ever stuck at to the end. So thank you to everyone involved in producing it and every one on here that gave me sound advice. I'm really amazed I can now run for 30 minutes. I always thought that I'm not really built for running, but I'm actually not bad at it. Who'd have thought it? So onto the next podcasts, speed and strength, you will be mine, mu ha ha!

Congratulations!!!!!! I finished my last run yesterday and was surprised I didn't recieve a medal and flowers plus one of those shiny foil blanket things. I settled for a shower and a smug grin instead
Yes I know what you mean, I forced my husband to look at my Graduate badge the minute he got in from work. Never thought I would be this excited by a 'virtual' award, I'm chuffed. Well done too btw.
Well done you, such an achievement! My last run is tomorrow - feeling a real mixture of emotions about it, as it will be amazing to complete the programme, but sad at the same time that's it's ended!
I'm gonna check out some of the other running podcasts on here and maybe try to move up to 10k. I definitely need some sort of program! I don't want to lose the momentum from having a structured plan. I know some people hate the music, but I've really enjoyed having a guide. Good luck with your run tomorrow. It's great to complete it and get your badge.
It feels brilliant doesn't it? I finished yesterday too and then thought...who can I tell that will "get it". That's why this forum is so fantastic Well done to you and all the other graduates from yesterday! xxx
