Morning all.

Just back from running week 7 run 2.

Tried to give my all in the last minute of running. It was like a scene from Rocky! But it felt great to reach the end...arms the air and a growing feeling of achievement. The 5 minute walk at the end felt great as I marched along grinning to myself.

Good luck with you run today and try a sprint at the end!
