Last run at shiny-trendy gym - 32 minutes :)

I am flying out to Cairo on Thursday so today was my last run at the shiny-trendy gym. I felt determined to get up to my graduate duration time and I did without feeling too exhausted, although the sweat was actually dripping off me like a tap! My nose doctor has given me the all-clear (such a lovely man, still want to marry him) and so I feel great. Healthier than I have been in a long time, sleeping and breathing better, running slowly but with the will to get better! Looking forward to starting my new job in Cairo and continuing to run there, in the gym for now but I still dream of the outdoors in the future ... again I am grateful to all those people here who have supported me and been so positive.

Love the tag - apparently it means excessive sweating!

You have got back to that grad time quickly. Well done. Hope all goes well with move and new job and that you find good place to run and no living room running any more!

Shame that you're leaving the lovely coast, but yay to new job and a gym! Look forward to seeing a photo of your new running venue, I still remember your first running view photo!

Safe travels and we'll see you on the other side, x

Glad you are all recovered Cairo, enjoy the new job and your running. At least the gym is better than your front room!

So glad the operation and aftermath has been fine and that you're still enjoying the running. Keep with us once you're back in Cairo!

All ok thanks John. Have fitted in a few very unspectacular runs. Finding it hard to do more than 15 mins. Maybe my muscles are heavier?! I have been doing some weights so maybe. Even though the non-shiny Cairo gym is air-conditioned it still feels hotter. When something a bit more spectacular happens I will post!
