Getting into the run in the last 10 minutes

So this is weird- I am in W2 (again) and I realise there is a pattern- I start the run, and for the first 20 minutes I'm like 'Ouch, this is hard, ouch, I feel all limpy' and then suddenly I am into the last run and I'm like 'Oh this is nice!' and then suddenly it's over. What's that about?!

First 12 minutes of my former 5 - 10k runs were always "work", then things would smoothen out and get fun :)

Use the search box to find posts on the Toxic Ten, or google it. For some it's less than ten and for some of us it's the full twenty🙁

I feel this has happened to many of us... even now I can have been running for over half and hour and then suddenly... I could go for ever... no effort :)

Well done you... keep it slow and steady :)
