I can't quite belive it, especially after having to repeat the pesky w6,r1 but I have completed week 7. No where near 5k but hit 3.7k which I am pleased with and for the first time I'm actually looking forward to w8! For people who run in the morning, doyou run before or after breakfast?

Still doing half a banana, cup of tea (while getting up) and a berocca before I run. Feel sick and sluggish if I eat any more. Wk5 Run2

I eat a banana drink a glass of water while I stretch my legs out before the run. Home cool down shower and then breakfast.
