Hey everyone only just found this app! I’m on week 6 Run 1. Had a very big shock last week with the 20min run and felt very deflated at the end of it as I struggled a lot with it &
Got absolutely soaked ☹️ but I guess this is why we are here to build it up 😊 really enjoying the programme & amazed myself I’ve done 6 weeks and can definitely notice the progress 😊

It's so good that you have started. It's a fabulous programme. I thought I'd never be able to do it and yet here i am, got to the end and five months on still running. I'm slow but I feel so much better. Keep at it. You are doing something wonderful.
I recall there being a big step up around week 6 but it's a case of gritting teeth and sticking with it. It's likely that the next run will feel better ....or the one after that ! I completed the programme a couple of weeks ago and can now plod out a 5k routinely. I could not have run any distance at the start. Keep your goal in mind and keep going !
