Ok please do tell ....

Why did today's run take more physical and mental effort than last week's runs which were consistently longer?!

The last 3 minutes were all uphill and it was challenging! I feel heavy. Yet I've had incline challenges before .....

Stayed on track though 😊 !

Week 6 is a funny little beast that catches lots of us off guard. You are not alone! Overall it is still more time than the previous week, even if the running segments are shorter individually. Well done for doing it, push through this week!

An evil ploy to confuse you!!!!

You did it... amazingly and wonderfully... slow and steady... take each run as it comes:)

😊 thank you I did think that as I ran .... take each run one by one.. let go the victories as well as the disappointments & don't set myself a precedent.

Brand new day... brand new run πŸƒ.

All in the mind, but you stayed on track and did it!

Hmm I think it was all in the legs πŸ˜‰

My mind didn't cave in but I have been really stressed last couple of days, taken a few hard hits and noticed if I'm lacking in joy life's a bit slower generally.

It's all about resilience I guess.

I think it's something to do with the euphoria of conquering w5r3

Sure that is what it was, this run was my nemesis... the only one I repeated. It made me so mad not doing it, I had a full blown meltdown. ....so you did better than me on this one, I think the steady pace is the way to do W6 now...

I did W6r1 this morning. Definitely the hardest one yet. I almost gave up, it was only thinking that if I didn’t finish I’d have to go through it all over again that spurred me on. Glad that one is over.

I am sure for me it was thinking if I had done 20 minutes this would be easy and consequently going too fast without realising.

Don’t know... it really is a thing though. Well done for keeping going. That stamina keeps building πŸ’ͺπŸ‘
