week 2 on the couch

well I'm really pleased that after lot of rest I am finally starting to feel like my legs are on the mend, at the end of last week I felt like they would never get better, but I got up yesterday and they felt quite good, so little trip to a small local garden centre (everything outside so that was good and well able to social distance from people and even the till moved outside) then back home I decided to cut the grass and potted a couple of the plants. Think I over did it a bit though as legs were quite sore again after and sore this morning when I got up, so easy day today and rest up again, but on the plus they are starting to mend...I just need to be patient now and hopefully another week and I can start getting back out there and do some intermittent running and build myself up again :) until then ted the dog is keeping me amused at home with his antics lol

😊😊👏👏Nice to see you’re on the mend.

I'm relieved I'm not the only one whose dog has an amazing and unexplainable love of plant pots!!

Glad you are on the mend Shar and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you will be enjoying your runs again soon. Xx

Good morning Shar glad you are improving and having fun in the garden too.. at least you’ve got plenty to keep you occupied and the weather is amazing this week.. too hot to run anyway unless very early or late.

Ted is completely adorable! Just begging for a cuddle.. as I can’t have that, more photos, please, in future posts.?.😊

Haha he is adorable, which is a good job cause hes a little bugger 😂🐶🥰. He is only 6 months old and we worked out that means hes a toddler which is why he is into everytbing at the moment 😂

Perfect day for an early morning run which is when i like to go.

Happy running to anyone going today 🏃🏼‍♀️💪

It’s a lovely stage from toddler to teenager.. but the damage they can do when you’re not looking! With our previous dog it was a sofa.. with our current one it was a corner of wall/wallpaper repeatedly chewed.. then she moved on to slippers.. preferably my daughter’s favourite expensive sheepskin ones.. she still loves slippers but now she’s an old lady of 6 she just cuddles them..😄

😵😱 Oh my!! Walls and couches! Were getting off lightly then 😳 he did have a thing for slippers and socks at one stage and even caught him stealing my knickers 🤭, how embarrassing! Lol but now its plat pots and an odd plant! 🌱😂
