Holy Smoke ...I cant believe it. I made it . 7 weeks ago if you had told me a 50 year old not run for 10 years and not much before that ...would be able to run that far without stopping I would have laughed .....so happy ..thank you c25k

Same here, I’m 51 and haven’t run since my teens! Just one run left in week 8, who’s have thought it? 😁

Well done , I know it's crazy. Still feels like I'm running with someone on my back though ..hope a time comes when it feels easier and then more enjoyable? I played many sports in my teens and was very fit..had a brief 6 month running phase when I turned 40 then stopped till now . Good luck
