I am still finding the runs hard and I look like I may keel over by the end (not feel - just look!) but wow what an achievement it is to run 28 mins straight 😱😊
5 runs left - just 5 and I will have done it!! I started this very very spontaneously one Saturday morning I just got up and said - am off for a run and that was it I was off!!
My hip seems much better since changed trainers twice!! And that seemed my only obstacle so onwards and upwards to graduation 😊😊😊😊
