Hey guys!
Finally done with Week 3 and I actually enjoyed it, despite the dread of thinking I would not possible be able to run that long ๐
Super happy to have accomplished it, and even though the jump in Week 4 is scaring me a little, I know I will get through it. Feels so good to have that goal to accomplish every time I step outside.
Funny thing is that Iโve been strength training for a few months now, but my cardio endurance is so bad! This is definitely helping me out - even with my strength training. And vice versa.
Onward to Week 4!
