Hi all
Well eventually I ran this morning after 6 days absence and completed the first run in W9 , ran for 30mins , I’m pleased to say !
Got through it by being better hydrated and slightly slower pace , breathing ok but flat footed I’m told (is that bad ?)
Sunshine was booming and a bit sweaty but not too bad !!
First 15 mins were enjoyable then had to focus for 15mins ,
Sense of achievement was good and I really am going to complete the next 2 runs !
