Me personally I'd just give it a go...!!!! Then you'll be able to rethink..but that's just me...I have been known to be a fools rush in type of person😆🍀
Hi give it a go, I have just had 5 days between week 8 and week 9 run 1.
My reason was pain around my calf and shin. ( possibly cos I started golfing again) but my breathing was fine as long as I went slow, the calf was cramping towards the end but gunna stretch it a lot today, hopefully that will help.
All the best on your run, if it is getting too much walk at 20, 25 or28mins but hopefully you will get to the 30
