So I'm starting week 9 this week my graduation run will be Saturday. I am gonna bite the bullet and finish the programme with a 5km Park run. This programme has been amazing 1.5 stone lost over the 8 weeks so far.

Week 9

Hope you enjoy this final week of the programme, parkrun will be a great way to finish. Massive well done on the weight loss too, I've not managed to shift anywhere near that much but I have started using two tighter belt holes! 😊
What a great way to graduate! Enjoy your park run ☺

Brilliant well done. I also aim to graduate at Parkrun but after a trouble free program I'm stalled on w9r2 because of injury and now a heavy cold that had stopped me in the last three weeks! Frustrating but I'll get there. Your right this programme is amazing. Enjoy your Parkrun, first of many I guess
Well done! I know exactly how you feel. I graduated last week, and since starting it 3 months ago, I have lost 2 stone, and feel so much healthier for it.
Good luck with week 9!

I’ve just done W9R1, can’t believe I’ve just run for 30 minutes. I’m going to celebrate graduating by getting some proper running shoes!
