It's a Sunday it's windy but I got out and did it boom week 7 of 9 done!

I still have issues with speed running just shy of 9mph to start is not good but I settled into a good pace after that.

I'm going to struggle to get all my runs and rest days in next week so week 8 might end up spanning 2 weeks :(

Well done that's great to get week 7 out the way!

Don't worry about how long it takes, just doing what you're doing is great!

Yeah feeling good I am surprised how much I've improved over the last 7 weeks.

This week wont have 3 runs I have a Birthday and "V" Day too (trip to see Deadpool how romantic) so I think I will re-run W8 next week before moving on to W9

Well done and the times not shabby. 9 mph is a reasonable speed.

The 9mph wasn't for long once I got off the main road I slowed down to 6mph

My husband always liked seven of nine ( in Startrek) !

Sounds like you're doing really well!

I've not met many men (or Women for that matter) that didn't, he might not like to know you called it "Startrek" its Star Trek unlike Starwars ;)

Thanks for the encouragement time to boldly go on to Week 8 :)

Well done! You're doing great. 9mph sounds really fast to me, I'm not even reaching 9kmph. Don't worry about speed. :)

It was too fast think I had the wind behind me and the "main road nerves" I feel a the pressure of passers by watching me and run too fast.

The 9mph wasn't for long once I got off the main road I slowed down to 6mph for most of the run, except for when the wind hit me full in the face and it felt like I was standing still.

Slow down! It's not a race.

Why should you care what passers-by are thinking? It's not about them.

I know, I know. Nagging again ...... LOL

Honestly, just slow things down and give yourself more time. Think Zen!
