Omg I ran for 25 mins straight. I did not think I'd be able to do that! Feels good πŸ‘πŸ˜Š. I had a sneaky peek at w7r1, it's another 25, have I finished with the 3 short/ 2 mediums? Is it long single runs all the way now?

Congratulations! I have my W6R3 tomorrow morning! I’m nervous!

Yes you are all done with the intervals. From now on it’s a warmup walk plus one long run, 25 minutes for week 7, 28 minutes for week 8 and 30 minutes in week 9.

Hi there runner! Well done you, time now to move into the lovely longer runs; the running legs know what to do, let them find their happy pace. Time now to to up some for your strength and stamina work on some of your rest days:)
