Can't quite believe it......

Let me start with the lowestof expectations. I was losing a bit of weight. I had given up smoking and I had quite seriously injured myself trying to do C25k last year. So with a bit of investment (decent trainers) and a little reading (watch running posture) I ventured out again. Yes I was nervous and kept to back paths avoiding people who might recognise me. But then something really surprising happened.

I enjoyed it. Not just the running, but that little bit of time to myself. The half an hour of nothing but me and Laura telling me what to do. Getting sweaty and red faced has all been worth it! Graduated on Wednesday and surprised myself by going for a stepping stone run before six am!

Sorry for the essay! It's been a long time getting to graduation and I feel sooooooo much better for it. Thanks for your support all xxxx

That's absolutely brilliant. Well done for trying again when you had to stop the first time and for finishing.

Well done. Perseverance pays off. To me that is the real difference between those who run and those who don't.
