Hello, I've been a lurker, but I've read many of your encouraging, positive and sensible posts. So when it came to the dreaded W5R3, I knew I needed to keep two things in mind: "you're ready" and "go slow!!". And I did it! I can't believe it! I really was slower than slow (slower than my normal slow pace anyway) , but I know I can work on my speed when I graduate (now it's a 'when', not an 'if'!).
So I guess I just wanted to celebrate and thank you for all your good posts!

Yep I’m just about to head home after completing the same run and it’s definitely true that the difficulty is more mental than physical. Knowing that before I started due to advice on here was a big help.
