I finished Week 5 on Wednesday. This programme is has amazed me.
I managed to step up from the two 8 minute runs from run 2 to a 20 minute run. Wow. I could never have dreamed at the start that I could find the strength and mental resilience to push through a whole 20 minutes.
If anyone needs encouragement just go for it. Focus on keeping your legs moving. You can do it!!!
