Not long after a heart operation at end of last year my head well and truly fell off... As I mental health nurse I decided to practice what I preach but I NEVER thought I could have achieved so much in just over 9 weeks.
12lbs lighter and a lot fitter then I ever have been in my life, I can now run 5k (or 30 minutes) without stopping 🏃♀️ (and so can the dogs!!)

Amazing acheievement well done! I completed mine too yesterday have done the 30 minute runs, but haven't tracked distance!
