Good morning runners, I hope you are all well and that your running journeys are going smoothly.
Week 8 run 2 today so another 28 minutes.
Was going to change up the music this morning but I'd forgotten that plan so just continued the 80s playlist. Some bangers as usual so not complaining π
Stats and times above, il just say that it felt a little easier than run 1 of this week but that last push for final km or so wasn't in my legs and I could feel myself slowing. Getting the extra minutes under my belt will really help come final week though.
1 more this week, probably Saturday morning. Already looking forward to it.
Happy Running!

Yay π you are doing great, soon be re graduated and then the sky's the limit.I went to get bloods taken at the hospital this morning and walked back to the car so feel that was an achievement I couldn't do last week π
Nice run 2 of week 8 for you Jericho2332 ,glad you enjoyed it, take all those longer runs slow and steady, you have only got 4 more runs until you graduate, 1 more 28 minute run of week 8 on Saturday morning and the 3/30 minutes runs of week 9, probably for you on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of next week, good luck πβ
Love music while running, I do find that I can run a bit quicker if I stick to the beat. Mr Blue Sky is a personal favourite and the tune I used to pace myself for a sub 28 5k many moons ago π il also be using it for re-graduation next week. I may even return to the park where I first graduated, havnt ran there in ages.
