Felt good and finished with a 3.11 miles/5 km.

Great running... congratulations on that 5k, not many do that in the plan, even fewer in week 8! Enjoy running the next one with a smug grin in the knowledge that you owned this.

Got to keep doing it now.
Donβt forget you can change the pace and do a few slow ones, you donβt have to keep increasing the pace every run. Slow runs are a revelation!
Maybe I will try a slower run week 8 run 3
Before the week 9 runs.
Itβs like finding a whole new range of gears. Totally comfortable, easy breathing, can chat without difficulty (to the trees). And letting go of the concept of running being about pace and distance is quite liberating, you can just listen to your breathing and take in the world around you. A different experience π
