Done! Didn’t sleep well, bit nervous as I didn’t want to let myself down but it was absolutely fine! Not lost any weight yet though, hopefully it will start coming off soon but I do feel so much better in myself. Onwards and upwards! 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

Well done. Keep going. I haven't lost weight either. I think I am toning up though, so could be swapping fat for muscle?

I hope so! I didn’t know if that was an old wives tale!! 💪🏼

Same! I’m a little less wobbly! 😂

Well done, but C25k is not a weight loss programme and, as explained in the guide to the plan, you do not burn enough calories in a 40 minute workout to cause significant weight loss without addressing diet as well.

I think that’s what’s frustrating! My diet is really good so I’m hoping that a healthy diet and this program combined will help me to lose some weight.

Well done with your run ⭐️ I don’t want to lose weight but I had hoped some of my wobbly bits might be less wobbly, no sign yet and I’ve just finished week 7!

Well done and glad to hear it went well! I haven’t lost any weight either and was hoping that going from zero exercise to this, plus sensible eating, that I may lose SOMETHING 🙄 I do feel much better though, more energised. 😊

Congratulations 👌 I am on week 8 and stopped drinking entirely for more than a month probably for forever tbh but no weight loss either but to be honest running has given me such an overall sense of achievement and wellbeing that for the first time in my life I don’t care much about what the scale says. Onwards and upwards indeed! All the best!

I absolutely agree with you, I’m not as obsessed by it either. Just a bit disappointed I guess but feel so pleased that I’m actually running! Well done for teaching Week 8, great achievement!
